| Experiencing EURO 2008 up close
UEFA EURO 2008™ took both Switzerland and its visitors by storm. Swisscom brought the event of the year to you! For example to your mobile: with the Vodafone Live! portal and Bluewin TV mobile. Or to your PC: at www.bluewin.ch/euro2008 with background images and the most up-to-the-minute information on the event! We were also there for you during UEFA EURO 2008™ at our service points in the official Fan Zones in the host cities, Basel, Berne, Geneva and Zurich.

Other activities
- The grand 2008 questions quiz: from 12 March to 30 April 2008, Swisscom and Der Blick organised an eight-week knowledge quiz for customers under the motto "Use your head for UEFA EURO 2008™", featuring 20 questions a week on the participating countries. We gave away spot prizes and 16 tickets for the final of EURO 2008! At the same time, we ran a quiz for school pupils on www.schoolnet.ch.
- Table football competition: Switzerland's largest table football competition was held at Zurich's main station on 5 and 6 April. 700 players competed for the chance to win tickets for UEFA EURO 2008™.
- DRS 3 Dream Goal: On 21 April, the language-based regional SRG/SSR idée Suisse channels launched their "Dream Goal" roadshow, which toured 17 Swiss towns. Swisscom was the exclusive sponsor of the roadshow. A huge goal was set up for customers to try out their shooting skills - and possibly even win tickets to a EURO 2008 game.
