As the Official Telecommunications Provider, Swisscom ensures functioning connectivity at all Alpine skiing World Cup races. We are therefore responsible for setting up and running media centres which provide up to 200 workstations for accredited journalists. Modern communication technologies such as WLAN are available to them, allowing them to send digital images and enjoy wireless access to the Internet and e-mail services.  Other grateful users of these mobile hotspots include the event organisers.
