GET IN TOUCH is the name of the Swisscom trainee programme for ambitious individuals who have either completed their degree or are just about to graduate. As the name implies, this clearly structured training programme gives you hands-on experience of all aspects of day-to-day work. For 12 months you can prepare for your professional future by gaining practical experience targeted to your needs. Together with your trainee colleagues you will work on projects, attend work-shops and handle an actual case study. A mentor guides you through the programme and coaches you to ensure your progress.
