Swisscom - About Swisscom - Internet for Schools

Swisscom is committed to promoting the information society. One main element in this area is its contribution to education. With our "Internet for Schools" initiative, we provide free Internet access for all Swiss schools. "Internet for Schools" evolved as part of the "Schools on the Net" public-private partnership (PPP-SiN) with the Federal Government and the cantons. PPP-SiN came to an end on 7 September 2007, but Swisscom remains committed to the educational field.
