| Entris Banking chooses Comit as Finnova migration partner |

| Entris Banking commissions COMIT AG to implement Finnova for RBA Banks and other banks. About 50 banks will be operating the new core banking solution by the end of 2012. |

Following an intensive evaluation phase, Entris Banking has chosen Comit as its implementation partner for the migration to the Finnova core banking solution. Comit, the financial services specialist subsidiary of Swisscom IT Services, has considerable experience in the implementation, application management and operation of Finnova.
In November 2008, RBA Banks all decided to switch to Finnova. As a result, around fifty new banks with 3,500 users will be working on Finnova in the future. Entris Banking is managing the overall project for RBA Banks.
