Sport not only exercises the body, it also strengthens the mind. Mental toughness is very important in life, when it comes to sitting exams, stressful situations and important competitions. Swisscom now offers a “Mental Strength!” e-Lesson which looks at the interplay between the body and mind and deals with the following questions:


   - How can I become physically and mentally fit?
   - How can I learn to properly understand my body’s signals?
   - How can I practice good sportsmanship?
   - How do you build team spirit?

 

The “Mental Strength!” e-Lesson allows pupils to develop strategies in order to exercise their mind and utilise their mental strength in other areas of life. The electronic learning package consists of five modules. The modules can be worked through in any order. To ensure the results are saved, you need to register the first time you log in. Those who wish to try out the “Mental Strength” demo version can do so without logging in.
