How do young people really use their mobile phone and the Internet? Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) has examined the media usage behaviour of young people between the age of 12 and 19 as part of the comprehensive nationwide "JAMES Study". The study has produced some surprising results which offer us an important starting point for seeking ways to help young people use digital media safely and responsibly. Swisscom is sponsoring the study in association with ZHAW.

The full JAMES Study will be available at the end of 2010.
