The Swisscom Group Companies handle their procurement projects independently. But in the market they demonstrate a shared approach and pursue a coherent procurement policy.

Supply Chain Steering and the Purchasing Board Swisscom (PBS) define the principles and create a uniform procurement policy. The bodies do not have an operational procurement function, but coordinate shared procurement strategies, processes and projects. They also create transparency on topics such as supplier management or contract structures. In the process, the objective is to guarantee uniform conditions for all supplier relationships.
