Guestroom 2.0® boosts usage and guest satisfaction
One year after its official inauguration in 16 Dutch hotels, Guestroom 2.0 is now installed across all 2'200 Swisscom partner locations. Thanks to the new HSIA service, uptake of Business (Premium) connectivity has jumped from 20 to 50% in average.
