Providing you with peace of mind, our international network is monitored and managed 24/7 by a dedicated Network Operations Centre. Potential problems are picked up and dealt with proactively before they can affect an event. What's more, our conference support team comprises of multi-national engineers – giving you the ease to discuss any technical aspect with someone in your own language. Fully controllable, fully secure
We optimise the set-up and monitoring of event communications by locating the required technology off-site from our secure Network Operations Centre. Centralised use of the Internet means you benefit from exceptionally reliable hardware and data management software - and a network that’s infinitely scalable. Plus, Swisscom utilises backup measures at major IT-critical conferences to ensure that no outages occur during the event, including additional onsite hardware and secondary DSL lines.
