Acting as your trusted partner
Key to finding the optimal event solution is a close working relationship between you and us, based on transparency and mutual trust. We do our best to live up to this principle during all stages of our joint project, from selecting a suitable location to planning and managing your temporary network solution.

• Initially, we evaluate locations and potential network scenarios in collaboration with facility administrators and the intended venue’s IT staff to work out a range of options for your network solution.
• Subsequently, we assess different options in the light of your event’s objectives and the existing infrastructure at the chosen venue. While we advise you on the IT considerations involved to help you take a qualified decision, we keep a constant dialogue with your IT department.
• During the implementation phase, we team up with the venue’s IT staff to install the solution selected and to ensure that all network technologies properly integrate.
• Immediately before and during the event, our specialized network engineers are on call for you at any time. Simultaneously, our remote network operations center pro-actively monitors your network as well as every hardware component involved. This approach allows for instantaneous trouble-shooting in case of any hardware or network-related problems. Finally, our engineering review board meets with you on the eve of every event day to address potential issues of concern.
• After the event, we issue a report summarizing the insights gained from all parties involved, reviewing the suitability of the network solution employed and highlighting the lessons learned for future engagements.
