International hotline Our toll-free international Customer Care Centre is for service intermediaries/providers and end users of Swisscom's hospitality services.
One call to 00 800 38 767 768 for all EU locations and 1-866-411-4742 for the United States gives you access to our multilingual Customer Support Team, who are ready to provide you with expert step-by-step assistance.
Support is provided 24x7: in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch 7 days a week from 8 am to 12 pm (midnight) Central European Time. Between midnight and 8 am, Swisscom Customer Care is available in English only.

Specialist Helpdesk The international hotline is complemented by a specialist hospitality services helpdesk that deals with more complex requests and questions. Staffed by highly trained Swisscom technicians, service requests are escalated to this helpdesk if required.
Network monitoring Our Network Operations Centres in Geneva and Zurich ensure a high performance international network through year-round 24/7 monitoring of all systems availability, Quality of Service and security.
Onsite support If any hotel or conference venue requires a site visit, our trained engineers will be there fast, escalating service requests where necessary. We are as responsive as you need us to be.
