2-year warranty *

Swisscom offers a warranty of two years * on all devices bought in a Swisscom Shops or Swisscom Online Shop. If your device is defective, simply bring your phone, fax machine, modem or mobile phone back to us together with the purchase receipt and guarantee certificate. Depending on the defect, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.

Money-back guarantee

Swisscom operates a money-back guarantee on all purchases. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to the place of purchase within 14 days complete with the original packaging, receipt and guarantee certificate. Please note that we can only accept items which are returned undamaged or unopened (software, DVDs and consumable materials).

Replacement guarantee

Swisscom customers are provided with a modern, high-performance replacement free of charge so they can remain accessible at all times when their fixed network phone, fax machine, modem or mobile phone is under repair.

Mobile phone-configuration-guarantee

Swisscom ensures that every mobile phone purchased in a Swisscom Shop or Swisscom Online Shop is ready for use. This means that you don't have to do anything. Just start making calls within minutes.
