2-year warranty Swisscom offers a warranty of two years * on all devices bought in a Swisscom Shops or Swisscom Online Shop. If your device is defective, simply bring your phone, fax machine, modem or mobile phone back to us together with the purchase receipt and guarantee certificate. Depending on the defect, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.

Money-back guarantee

Money-back guarantee Swisscom operates a money-back guarantee on all purchases. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to the place of purchase within 14 days complete with the original packaging, receipt and guarantee certificate. Please note that we can only accept items which are returned undamaged or unopened (software, DVDs and consumable materials).
