The Customer Centre for business customers is accessible via the Internet and gives you direct access to your Swisscom bills, customer details, contracts, services and options around the clock. Your Swisscom login, comprising a user name and password, is the key to your personal, secure Customer Centre.

The Customer Centre for business customers offers you numerous advantages:

Useful new features are being added to the Customer Center all the time.


If you don’t already have a login, you can set one up now – it is the only way you can benefit from additional flexibility and independence:

  1. Click on the “Set up login” button and follow the instructions.
  2. You can start using the basic functions of the Customer Centre as soon as you have set up your login.
  3. For legal reasons, an activation code is then sent by post to the company owner. As soon as you have received this code, you will be able to access all the content and functions.

The 5 most common questions about the Customer Centre

Where can I find my activation code?

The activation code will be sent by first-class post to the address of the company owner. The company owner can decide whether to pass the code on.

Why can’t I see my contracts or bills?

You can’t view your contracts or bills until the activation code has been entered. Another reason might be that your contracts belong to a different company location.

Why can’t I see the bills, contracts or addresses for all company locations in the Customer Centre?

Each login currently only covers a single company location. A separate login is required to view details for other locations. We are working on the possibility of providing an overview of different locations in the near future.

4.

Why can I only see the detailed call breakdown for a maximum of 6 months, whereas bills are available for longer?

For legal reasons, Swisscom is not allowed to keep personal call details for more than 6 months. If you wish to keep the information for longer, please save the files you want onto your computer.

 

5.

What happens to the details I enter in the Customer Centre?

Your personal details are only stored within Swisscom in connection with the respective services. We don’t pass any details to third parties.
