Your answering service takes all the calls you can’t answer in person, but that’s not all it can do…
After 12 years in operation, the technical COMBOX® infrastructure has been renewed. This brings a number of improvements for you.

The most important changes with the "new" COMBOX®

  • Short spoken menu; only keys '1', '4' and '0' are mentioned. If you would like to hear all key functions, press the '0' key.
  • The COMBOX® can be integrated into the customer centre and administered online.
  • COMBOX® messages can now be saved with no time limit.

It is free to listen to messages from your landline telephone. Normal call charges apply from other telephones. With an EconomyLINE landline connection, a fee of CHF 0.20 per connection is charged for activating and deactivating call diversion to the COMBOX®.
